Data Grub is a cost effective construction productivity App for managing job site equipment information such as machine hours for off-road equipment, mileage for on-road vehicles, fuel tank levels and fill-ups, and inventory control. Using a to-do-list theme, Data Grub proactively notifies you on a monthly basis when it is time to capture information on your equipment, like machine hours.

Data Grub provides a new way to capture and process job site equipment data using your iPhone or iPad. Initial set-up is accomplished by assigning each asset entered a unique ID number, a description of class, make and model and even a picture. Identification can be even be further enhanced by bar code scan and, on equipment, where equipped, beacon notification. Data collection is made easy using straightforward “Fat Finger” data entry screens.

The app’s hub design allows users to manage all activities in a single place and better focus on what’s important in pending data capture to-do’s. As you build your master asset list, the app will keep tract of equipment features and data requirements on a monthly basis and automatically organize the assets into appropriate control lists for equipment requiring machine hours, equipment requiring mileage, fuel requirements and total inventory tracking. In addition, each asset has its own screen for viewing current status, usage and historical information.

Further, all though you may capture data any time during the month, on the 20th of each month you will be notified and continually reminded, to capture the most current asset information by month end. By logging equipment data in the field, Data Grub app provides current and historical information, so that at a glance, you can make at any time, but most importantly at the end of the month, intelligent operational, maintenance and financial decisions.
